    Community Reinvestment Act Regulations: Revision of Small and Intermediate Small Bank and Savings Association Asset Thresholds

    The revisions adjust the asset-sized threshold used to determine small banks and intermediate small banks. Beginning January 18, 2017, a small bank or savings association is an institution that had assets less than $1.226 billion as of December 31 for both of the prior two calendar years. An intermediate small bank or savings association is one with assets between $307 million and less than $1.226 billion as of December 31 for both of the prior two calendar years.

    OCC Begins Roll-Out of Web-Based System for Licensing and Public Welfare Investment Filings

    CDFI Certification Provides Pathways to Better Serving Members, Communities
