BAI Professional Development Courseware

BAI’s Professional Development Courseware offers a unique blend of professional and innovative leadership training, focused on employee success and growth. Our Professional Skills library contains course topics that we feel are of most value to organizations looking to develop staff internally, to prepare for career advancement. Taking an approach beyond general professional development training, our Leadership Innovation Library is built specifically for financial services leaders to meet the growing demands of a changing industry, delivering practical information on how to lead in an innovative manner. Both libraries contain scenario-based questions and other interactive content in a high-quality format, designed to engage employees.

New Professional Skills Courses

It is just as important to train employees on professional skills as it is to train them on compliance risks. Professional training courses help educate all levels of employees on key topics that can help them better understand how to interact with their coworkers and make sure they stay safe in their working environment.

BAI has released several new courses to help train your employees on various aspects of working safely and effectively in a corporate setting. These courses are available to all customers that subscribe to the Professional Skills Series – a library that aims to enhance institutional day-to-day operations and promote organizational leadership development. If you do not currently subscribe to this library and are looking for more information, please reach out to your relationship manager.
